Fir är Kand oder iech fir ee Programm unzemëllen muss dir folgend Application Form ausfëllen, ënnerschréiwen a bis den 26.02 un programmes@cisv.lu schécken. Bis den 26.02 muss och d'Memberskaart bezuelt sinn soss ass d'Umeldung net gülteg.

To register your child or yourself for a programme please fill in the following application form, sign it and send it to programmes@cisv.lu until February 26th. The membership fee also needs to be paid until February 26 otherwise the application will not be valid.
